I made these cookie and cream cupcakes last weekend for our friends going-away party. There's an oreo cookie on the bottom, mixed in to the batter, and then in the whipped frosting. :)

Who doesn't love an oreo? I mean seriously....anything cookies and cream goes over well in any crowd!
